Alexan School of Technology On-Line!

Founded by the people behind Alexan, one of the Philippines' pioneering and leading electronics retail leaders, ALEXAN SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY (AST) is established to assist the industry in teaching engineers and technicians through excellent training resources and intensive hands-on experiences during the entire learning process. The school is committed to provide continued efforts and extensive research to seek and develop better areas of learning that will equip students with in-depth educational background as well as timely trends and innovations in their respective fields of study.

When Alexan Foundation, Inc. was launched to assist local authors in publishing technology books, a school of technical learning was also envisioned. This vision was realized in the year 2004 with the birth of AST. Through AST, the Alexan group strengthens its commitment to improve the training institution and provide opportunities for our talented youth to fully develop their capabilities and match industry demand.

For more than three decades, Alexan, a name synonymous with quality and dependability, has been a partner both in the Philippine electronics industry and academe. In line with its objective of providing quality products and introducing new technologies, Alexan has invested heavily in R&D and is one of the few local companies that designs and manufactures its own products for the local and international markets. In addition, Alexan has also introduced many low cost company-designed trainers and electronic kits to assist the academe. Alexan and AST work hand in hand in cultivating Filipino talent in electronics and technology.
